On my design table

Has everyone been busy with the Blog Hop Party! I know I've been finding lots of new blogs, it sure takes a while to get to all of them! Don't forget to check my giveaway out!

I've got a couple things on my design wall this week, I used up the leftover pieces from my Orca Bay quilt and I am going to make a pillow out of them. I have it all pieced and ready to quilt.
I finally cut into one of my Ruby charm packs and will start something......not sure what....with them this week.
I also pulled out this pile of batik blocks that I started a couple months ago, I ran out of the background fabric but have it now plus some new batiks coming any every day for the next 3 days. I got carried away with the Daily Deals at Missouri Star Quilt Co.

Don't forget that tomorrow is my Linky Tuesday party and Wednesday I will have a new tutorial for you!

Stop by Judy's and see what everyone else is working on!

  1. Your blocks really look nice.

I spend so much time reading blogs, I haven't gotten much sewing done. Finally pulled a couple of blocks together today.

  2. Ohh lots of lovely goodies coming out of your sewing room at the moment - or should I say as always!

  3. Love your block made up with your leftovers from Orca bay Connie. I have four Ohio star blocks left which I was going to turn into placemats. On my to do list.
Can't wait to see what you are going to do with your charms :)

  4. The Orca Bay block is gorgeous! As is everything you do! And you are so generous...I know your "Bingo" will be very much appreciated! Thanks for sharing!

  5. Very cool star that dotty background fabric!

  6. Oooh ... it's all so fun, but those batik blocks really caught my eye this morning! I have such a thing for batiks! :)

  7. Another busy weekend in Connie's sewingroom. Look forward to the new tutorial.

  8. P.S. Have been meaning to tell you that my friend Elizabeth recently started a new Linky party called Little Quilt Monday. You can reach her at Pieceful Life.blogspot. I try to get in on her party every week.

  9. Thanks for writing about the Missouri Star Quilt Co....I had misplaced their name. They have terrific youtube instructions.
